Don’t miss the opportunity to see a number of different perspectives about college golf! The Illinois Junior Golf Association (IJGA) will be hosting a College Golf Seminar Saturday, January 20th from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Midwest Golf House.
PLEASE NOTE: If you attended the 2016 IJGA College Golf Seminar, the seminar agenda will be VERY similar as 2018 and many of the topics discussed will be the same, with the exception of The Player Service presentation at the end of the seminar. The intent is to give all families the opportunity to hear about all aspects of College Golf. We by no means discourage any 2016 participants from signing up, we just want to make it clear that the topics covered will be nearly the same as 2016. However, all 2018 participants will receive a current EXPANDED version of the PING College Golf Guide subscription ($79.95 value) as the 2016 subscription has expired (one year in length).
The Player Service: The Player Service (TPS) is an official sponsor of the IJGA and is located in Downers Grove, IL. TPS specializes in training high level junior golfers. Since inception in 2010, the TPS training model has produced over 60 junior golfers on scholarship at Division I collegiate golf programs. TPS players have also received All-America honors at both the collegiate and AJGA levels and have won over 500 tournaments nationwide. TPS staff will be on-site at the 2018 College Golf Seminar to give a short presentation on their training philosophies and methods that have been so successful in preparing juniors for collegiate golf scholarships.
