IJGA Members,

Based on guidance from our Board of Directors, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), schools, state golf associations and local junior golf tours, we will be postponing events through May 3rd. With the CDC recommending against gatherings of 50 people or more and with all of our tournaments in April and the first weekend in May well over that threshold, this is not a risk the IJGA is willing to take. Safety for our members, spectators, staff and host facility staff has been and always will be our number one priority.

As a 501c3 non-profit, each of our events is very important in keeping our association moving forward.  Our Spring events are among some of our most popular of the season. In the coming weeks, our staff will be working with host facilities to see if there is a possibility of rescheduling our events that fall over these weekends.  If you are registered for an IJGA/MAJGT event schedule in April or the first weekend in May, you will receive a separate email over the next few weeks letting you know the status of the event.  Please do not cancel yourself out of the event through your Players Account!  The staff will take care of cancelling you out of events if an event is not able to be rescheduled to ensure you receive the proper credit.

We will continue to monitor events that are currently scheduled after May 3rd and we will be sending out another update as we get closer to these events.

Our staff is currently working from home but will be available via phone, email or IJGA social media channels. If you have an event specific question, please follow the below link to our staff contact info.

On behalf of the IJGA staff, thank you for your patience.
