KILDEER, Ill. – The Mid-American Junior Golf Tour’s Fall Shootout came to a close Sunday after two days of competitive Match Play at Kemper Lakes GC. This team format put Team Illinois against Team Midwest in a Ryder Cup style event. Team Illinois took home champion honors after putting up 19.5 points to Team Midwest’s 14.5 points.
The event featured two days of Match Play. The first day consisted of 6 separate Fourball 9 hole Matches and 11 9 hole Singles Matches. The second day consisted of 6 separate Foursomes 9 hole Matches and 11 9 hole Singles Matches.
