Let’s catch up with what some of our alumni have already accomplished in 2020:

 

  • Marcellus (Mulbe) Dillard – Currently a member of the Florida A&M University men’s golf team played as an amateur in the Advocates Professional Golf Association Tour’s tournament which was contested on Torrey Pines North Course during the third round of the Farmers Insurance Open. The APGA field consisted of 16 players – 10 members in the APGA 2019 Lexus Cup Bonus Pool, 5 sponsor exemptions and 1 amateur. More about this event here.
  • Luke Guthrie – Guthrie played in two events in January, making the cut at both events – The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay where he finished T53 and The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at Baha Mar where he finished T42. He is currently 34th in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.
  • Doug Ghim – Ghim has already played in three (3) PGA TOUR events in 2020, including the Sony Open in Hawaii, The American Express and the Farmers Insurance Open. Unfortunately, he missed the cut at the these events; however. Ghim is currently 194th in the race for the FedEx Cup.
  • Nick Hardy – Hardy earned exempt status for the Korn Ferry Tour in December and has played in two events in January – The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay and The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at Baha Mar. Hardy came in T3 at The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at Baha Mar. He is currently 14th in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.
  • Vince India – India competed in two Korn Ferry Tour events in January: The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay and The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at Baha Mar. He is currently ranked 107th in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.
  • Andy Pope – Pope also played in The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay and The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at Baha Mar. He finished The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay T44. He is currently ranked 94th in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.
  • Kevin Streelman – Streelman, a PGA TOUR veteran, played in two events in January, The American Express where he missed the cut and the Farmers Insurance Open where he came in T45. Streelman is currently 73rd in the race for the FedEx Cup.
