ITASCA, Ill. – The Illinois Junior Golf Association’s 37th Chick Evans Jr Am Championship concluded Friday, with Jackson Bussell (2019) of Lincolnshire, Ill., defeating Nick Tenuta (2017) of Mt. Prospect, Ill., 4&2 during the Boys Division Championship Match.
Bussell took an early lead, going 6up through seven before ultimately ending the match on No. 16 with a 4&2 victory. This was Bussell’s second CEJA appearance, his first being in 2016 where he did not make it to the match play rounds.
