Kevin Streelman Grant Form

The Kevin Streelman Grant provides financial assistance to juniors that would not be able to fully participate in IJGA programming due to financial hardship.
Two (2) grants will be awarded each year at $2,000 each in the form of membership and tournament credit.
All information requested in this application shall be confidential and used for the sole purpose of determining eligibility for financial aid.
This grant is specifically for junior golfers that are currently in high school.
Financial aid grants are reviewed and dispersed on an annual/seasonal basis and a new application must be submitted each year.
Financial aid will be dispersed as credits in the junior golfer’s credit account.
The deadline to apply for this grant is January 15th, 2024

Applicants will be considered based upon 1. Age (high school class), 2. Financial need, and 3. Their essays. It is important to prepare a thoughtful essay explaining in detail what junior golf has meant to you and what the grant will mean to you and your family, including how the grant will help you develop as a golfer or reach your aspirations & goals.
