FONTANA, Wis. – The Mid-American Junior Golf Tour heads to Abbey Springs GC for the Lake Geneva Championship on July 16-18. The field features 84 junior golfers ages 12-18 who live in Illinois and Wisconsin.
This event is a 54-hole, Stroke Play competition. The Boys Division will play the par 72 course from 6,649 yards, while the Girls Division will play the course from 5,522 yards. Please note that yardages for each round will be based on variable conditions such as weather conditions, course maintenance, etc. If you plan to play a practice round, please keep this in mind and hit multiple tee shots from different tee boxes. This is a Nationally Recognized event, meaning scores will be submitted to Junior Golf Scoreboard and players have the opportunity to earn guaranteed AJGA PBE Stars.
The field features one member of the 2017 All-Midwest Team, as well as one 2018 champion. Also in the field are two members of the class of 2018 who have signed to play collegiate golf this fall.
