Contact the IJGA Offices at (630) 257-9806. They will assist you with what opportunities are available, and answer any questions you might have.
Volunteer Opportunities
Player Registration
Assist with players as they check in for the tournament. Provide them with any important information regarding the round, the practice range, lunch, and their tee gift if applicable.
Shuttling
Shuttles Drivers will need to have the ability to operate a golf cart and shuttle kids from the green to the next tee. We ask that shuttle drivers be available for the entirety of the shift they are able to work.
Ball Spotting
Ball spotters are strategically placed on specific parts of the golf course that might cause issues for the golfers and their ability to find their golf ball (blind tee shots, narrow holes, or long fesque).
Live Scoring
Live scoring is a fun an unique aspect of golf tournaments. Collecting scores midway through the round allows family and friends to keep track of the golfers results if they are not able to attend as spectators.
