Let’s catch up with what some of our alumni are doing in 2020:

Lauren Beaudraeu – Currently a freshman at the University of Notre Dame and a member of the Women’s Golf Team, set a 54-hole school record. Her 206 (-10) at the Westbrook Spring Invitational is the best 54-hole score in the program’s history – by both stroke total and in relation to par. Beaudraeu finished the tournament in solo-fifth, her best finish of her collegiate career so far.

Patrick Flavin – Flavin Monday-qualified into the PGA TOUR’s Waste Management Phoenix Open (2/2/20), the tournament where he first made his PGA TOUR debut. Flavin will return to the PGA TOUR Latinoamerica in March and was named one of the top players to watch in 2020. Read more about it here.

Megan Furtney – Furtney is a freshman member of the Women’s Golf Team at Duke University. She helped her team claim the team title at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge (2/11/20). This was Furtney’s second collegiate event and she posted her first top 15 finish.

Luke Guthrie – Guthrie played in four events on the Korn Ferry Tour in February, the first being the Panama Championship (2/2/20) where he finished T10 – this is his best finish so far this year. He missed the cut at both the Country Club de Bogata Championship (2/9/20) and the El Bosque Mexico Championship by INNOVA (3/1/20). Guthrie Finished T32 at the LECOM Suncoast Classic (2/16/20). He is currently 51st in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.

Doug Ghim – Ghim, who is currently 195th in the Fedex Cup Rankings, played in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am (2/9/20), but missed the cut. He went on to play in the Puerto Rico Open (2/23/20) where he finished T20 – his best finish of the season so far. He finished the month at The Honda Classic (3/01/20) where he unfortunately missed the cut.

Nick Hardy – Hardy played in four Korn Ferry Tour events in February, only missing the cut at the Country Club de Bogota Championship (2/9/20). He finished T69 at the Panama Championship (2/2/20), and T32 at the LECOM Suncoast Classic (2/16/20). Hardy’s best finish in February came at the El Bosque Mexico Championship by INNOVA where he finished T16. He is currently 23rd in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.

Vince India – India made the cut at three of the four events he played on the Korn Ferry Tour in February, having missed the cut at the LECOM Suncoast Classic (2/16/20). He placed T54 at the Panama Championship (2/2/20) and finished the Country Club de Bogota Championship (2/9/20) at T60. India’s best finish in February came at the El Bosque Mexico Championship by INNOVA (3/1/20) where he finished T45. He is currently 134th in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.

Andy Pope – Pope carded three rounds in the 60s at the Country Club de Bogota Championship (2/9/20) to finish T36, his best finish so far this year. In February, Pope also played in the Panama Championship (2/2/20), LECOM Suncoast Classic (2/16/20), and the El Bosque Mexico Championship by INNOVA (3/1/20), but missed the cut. Pope is currently ranked 111th in the Korn Ferry Tour Rankings.

Kevin Streelman – Streelman started off the month of February at the Waste Management Phoenix Open (2/2/20) where he missed the cut after carding a 74 during the second round. Next up was the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am (2/9/20) where Streelman finished in solo-second with four rounds in the 60s. He wrapped up the month at The Honda Classic (3/1/20) with a T47 finish. Streelman is currently 34th in the Fedex Cup Rankings.

Elizabeth Szokol – Szokol kicked off the 2020 LPGA season at the ISPS Handa Vic Open (2/6/20). She carded a 1-over-par 145 but missed the cut. Szokol went on to play the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open where she finished T21. She is currently 254th in the Rolex Rankings and 77th in the CME Rankings.
